Never canceled my policies on the date I stated and moved up my bill date in my mind to make sure I didn't get a refund. Very unprofessional asked for things like a screen shot of my new policy stating that he needed it to cancel my policy after i changed him as my agent to get help on canceling my policy because he wouldn't.
